HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The vision of all of us who work at MASTER ROAST is to associate our name with the complete pleasure and satisfaction of our customers. We implement practices that ensure our company's ongoing commitment to providing safe and high-quality services.

We produce the coffee we enjoy

In the context of this effort,  we follow a strict health and safety policy for the coffee products we provide, which consists of the following:

  1.  Strictly observe the Food Safety Management System developed in accordance with the ISO 22000:2018 standards.
  2. Follow closely all production procedures.
  3. Carry out continuous training of our staff in matters of health and food safety, avoidance of malicious acts and fraud.
  4. Ensure the adoption and consolidation of a food safety mentality by all employees.
  5. Keep a risk assessment and a list of requirements of all interested parties.
  6. Monitor all critical points and necessary schedules of production and warehousing.
  7. Secure resources for the maintenance and updating of the Quality Assurance System, the purchase of  new equipment, the improvement of our facilities and infrastructure and our working environment.
  8. Maintain the communication channels we have established with our suppliers and customers as well as the authorities.
  9. Monitor and apply the legislation continuously.

At the same time, measurable goals have been set for the implementation of our strategy, which are constantly monitored in terms of achieving them.
